Belinda presenta el Curso Taller: Educación de la Danza: Metodología y Estrategias para un Desarrollo Pedagógico Holístico en la Universidad Autónoma de Cd. Juárez.

Las experiencia incluirá una clase magistral sobre técnica y repertorio de danza en teatro musical abierta a niños y jóvenes desde los 7 años. Esta clase es componente práctico del taller para formadores.

Belinda presenta su conferencia, Las Artes en la Educación: Pedagogías de Desarrollo Holístico en las Aulas y los Estudios de Danza en la Universidad Autónoma de Cd. Juárez.
El propósito será compartir un poco de sus experiencias adquiridas en varios ámbitos educativos y artísticos en la Cd. de Nueva York y proponer oportunidades de integrar las artes en la educación de niños y jóvenes juarenses.

Belinda will present on behalf of Lincoln Center Education at The Music Center's Arts In Education Symposium in Los Angeles, CA. In collaboration with LCE and The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The 2018 Summer Arts Studio for Educators consists of three weeks of events tailored for grades K-12 classroom teachers, arts teachers and educators! The three training sessions offered are Arts Integration Symposium, Arts Integration Retreat and Arts Integration Camp. Join the conversation, network, and explore the approaches of these leading organizations!!!

*Belinda designed and will facilitate Afro-Mexican Dance: Celebrating authentic Mestizaje: a class that will explore movement from the Afro-Mestizo dances from the Costa Chica in Guerrero and Oaxaca, México and will review some of the Afro-Caribbean characteristics of dances from the Carnival of Veracruz.
